With my love of cooking, I could NEVER cut out such a creative and enjoyable hobby. Despite my love of oil, cheese, pasta, and other high-cal foods, I have decided to eliminate (or at least cut down) on such items in my diet. I’m going to try to use as much fresh produce and un-processed food as possible. It’s my mission to search for healthy alternatives and to create or find fun new dishes. Typically, I like to wing it and add things as I go, but I’m going to start keeping track of my measurements in order to record great recipes here.

I will try to post as many healthy recipes as possible; however, if I discover or create something really great, it will be posted irregardless of nutrition content (but I will most nutrition values!)
