Today I weighed in at 151.4lbs.

For Breakfast I had a large fruit salad with cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and pineapple (163 calories).

For a Snack I had a package of crispy baguette bites (100 calories).

And then I went on a major binge: 4 packages of trail mix (360 calories each) that I took from training; pasta with butter, cream cheese, and spices as a sauce; crackers and cheese leftover from my housewarming, and a large bar of chocolate that someone brought as a housewarming gift …. and then I purged. I really truly cannot have things like pasta, crackers, cheese, or chocolate in the house. BAD idea. I threw out a bunch of things after that happened to make sure that it doesn’t occur again. Fingers crossed!
