Today I weighed in at 152.7lbs, ate 1380 calories, burnt 2021 calories, and received an overall nutrition grade of “A” (all values are calculated with Calorie Count).

For Breakfast I had a large fruit salad with cantaloupe, honeydew melon, watermelon, pineapple, and strawberries (347 calories).

For Lunch I had chicken with a side of spinach (354 calories). For a Snack I had a few slices of ham (45 calories).

For Dinner I had a Knorr cream of vegetable soup with extra corn and ham added in (436 calories).

For a Snack I had a bowl of frozen mango chunks (198 calories).
