So here is my weekly weigh-in summary for Week 4:

Starting Weight (Aug 31): 157.5lbs

Last Week (Sept 21):
This Week (Sept 28): 151.1lbs
Week 4 Weight Lost: 2.0lbs

Total Weight Lost: 6.4lbs
Average Weekly Lost: 1.6lbs

Yay for being back on track. Also, I’m starting to notice a trend in these graphs – all those big peaks are after weekends! Insane that a night or two of drinking can affect my weight so much, but I guess it makes sense considering drinking usually comes with drunk food and hungover breakfast haha
