Today I weighed in at 153.6lbs, ate 1101 calories, burnt 2228 calories, and received an overall nutrition grade of “A-“ (all values are calculated with Calorie Count).

For Breakfast I had a berry smoothie made with 200g of frozen mixed berries, water, and a scoop of protein powder (221 calories).For Lunch I had spinach, crab, zucchini, and red peppers with garlic and spicy pepper medley (279 calories).

For a Snack I had a yogurt cup (35 calories).

For Dinner I had a large chicken breast, with sides of diced stewed tomatoes and zucchini (438 calories). As per usual, everything was absolutely loaded with garlic and tasted phenomenal! I only wish the picture could do the taste justice…

For a Snack I had a bowl of frozen mango chunks (129 calories).
