This Week (Sept 21): 153.1lbs
Week 3 Weight Lost: 0.5lbs
Total Weight Lost: 4.4lbs
Average Weekly Lost: 1.47lbs
Sucks that I didn’t lose much this week, but I totally expected it after this crazy weekend. Hey, at least I didn’t go up! (I was definitely expecting to have!) Oh well. New week! New commitment! I can do this!!
