Today I weighed in at 154.2lbs.

For Breakfast I had a bowl yogurt, strawberries, and walnuts (318 calories).

I skipped lunch and dinner in anticipation of a heavy night of drinking and munching out. I had the girls over for a predrink complete with cocktails, fruit garnishes, chips, dip, jalapeño poppers, and sausage rolls. At the party I definitely munched some more chips and had a couple of slices of pizza. I’m not even going to try to count the calories of the evening. Every dieter needs their lil weekend splurge, n’est pas?
