So here is my weekly weigh-in summary for Week 1:

I was making progress at the beginning of the week, but kind of killed it with a long weekend packed full of birthdays, booze, drunk food, and hungover breakfasts.

Starting Weight (Aug 31): 157.5lbs
September 7th: 155.8lbs
Week 1 Weight Lost: 1.7lbs

Not too shabby considering the damage! Thank god for my Wednesday weigh-in and those couple days of recovery it afforded after that tragic weekend
