I have struggled with weight my entire life. Below is a graph of my weight from Nov 2007 until the start date of this blog (August 31, 2011). As you can see, there have been major fluctuations over the last 4 years. This graph was created through regular inputs into Calorie Count (a GREAT site to track calories, exercise, and weight).
On Day 1 I weighed 71.6kg, or 157.5lbs.
